7 DAYS DEEP TISSUE CLEANSE
The following information is step-by-step, detailed instruction on the
procedure. There is no reason to be afraid of this treatment because it
is safe, gentle and comfortable on the body.
It is also important to prepare your stomach for fasting, with smaller,
lighter meals for couple of days before you begin detox program.
Warning: Diabetic, tubercular, cancer and extreme
degenerative diseases must have quidance, sanction and assistance by the
most capable minds and doctors.
Diabetic cases must be handled with particular care in regard to the
fasting aspect of the cleanse.
7- DAY CLEANSING PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Eat NOTHING for the full 7 days during the
program.
In extreme hunger, you may drink herbal teas, clear vegetable potato
peeling broths or diluted fresh herbal juices. Plenty of liquid is
essential to the success of the cleansing program.
Skin Brush
Your daily regimen should begin with skin brushing, 3 to 5 minutes.
Cleansing drink
The cleansing drink consists of two parts to be mixed separately and
drunk in succession. The two- part drink will be taken five times daily.
Part One:
2 oz apple juice
8 oz water
1 tablespoon clay water
1 slightly rounded teaspoon intestinal cleanser (psyllium husk)
Part Two:
10 oz water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Supplements:
It is easiest to prepare the whole day’s supplements at the beginning of
each day. The supplements are to be taken 4 times each day. Separate
them into 4 containers, one for each interval. See schedule for
appropriate times. There will be different proportions on days One, Two
and Three. Days Three through Seven will be the same. The following
supplements are taken in one interval. The daily intake will be 4 times
this amount.
DAY ONE:
Alfalfa or Green Magna, Barley or Wheatgrass powder 8 each time ( ½ tsp
in 8 oz water)
Niacin* 50 mg each time
Wheat Germ Oil 1 capsule each time
Vitamin C 100mg, 2 tablets each time
Beet tablets 2 each time
Dulse tablets or dulse liquid 1 each time or ½ dropper each time
DAY TWO:
Alfalfa or Green Magna, Barley or Wheatgrass powder 8 each time ( ½ tsp
in 8 oz water)
Niacin* 100 mg each time
Wheat Germ Oil 1 capsule each time
Vitamin C 100mg, 2 tablets each time
Beet tablets 2 each time
Dulse tablets or dulse liquid 1 each time or ½ dropper each time
DAY THREE – SEVEN:
Alfalfa or Green Magna, Barley or Wheatgrass powder 8 each time ( ½ tsp
in 8 oz water)
Niacin* 150 mg each time
Wheat Germ Oil 1 capsule each time
Vitamin C 100mg, 2 tablets each time
Beet tablets 2 each time
Dulse tablets or dulse liquid 1 each time or ½ dropper each time
Along with the pill supplements, you will be taking cod liver oil.
Liquid calcium and flaxseed drink, which appear in the following daily
time schedule.
How to prepare flaxseed tea:
¼ cup flaxseed in 1-2 quarts water, bring to boil then reduce heat and
simmer about 30 min; turn off heat and leave overnight; strain seeds
before drinking. To make just one cup: soak 1tsp flaxseed in 1- ½ cups
hot water for 8 hours. Strain and discard seeds. Flaxseed liquid must be
refrigerated and kept only a couple of days. Note: Flax oil cannot be
used in place of flaxseed tea!
Time schedule:
SKIN BRUSH
7:00 am: Cleansing drink
8:30 am: Supplements and flaxseed drink, 2 tbl liquid calcium
10:00 am: cleansing drink
11:30 am: supplements with tea
1:00 pm: cleansing drink
2:30 pm: supplements with tea
4:00 pm: cleansing drink
5:30 pm: supplements, flaxseed drink
7:00 pm: cleansing drink
Bedtime: Immediately before retiring: 2tbl liquid calcium, 1 tbl cod
liver oil or 2 capsules.
(Bedtime should be no later than (9.30 pm.)
As you can see, your supplements are taken 1-1/2 hour after the
cleansing drinks.
After the 7-day program, drink acidophilus culture for one month. Use 1
cup morning and night; this should follow each 7 – day program.
It is advised to go through the 7-day program again after 7 weeks.
CONCLUDING THE TISSUE CLEANSING TREATMENT
This mini diet will prepare the digestive organs for normal functioning
and make the transition from the cleansing treatment to regular meals
very smooth.
First Day:
Breakfast: Shredded carrots, slightly wilted.
Lunch: Large salad; yogurt or cottage cheese or nut milk drink.
Dinner: Large salad, one steamed vegetable.
Second day:
Breakfast: Fresh fruit or dried fruit, revived; cereal or soft- boiled
egg.
Lunch: Large salad, one steamed vegetable; yogurt or cottage cheese or
nut milk drink.
Diner: Large salad, one steamed vegetable; a protein
Eat lightly, slowly and chew well. Teas and juices are allowed between
the meals, as desired.
SKIN BRUSHING
When our skin is allowed to breathe our whole system is able to
work at a much more effective level. The reasons for this happening are
many folds, but the essence of it is that the pores of the skin get
blocked through wearing clothes, putting on creams and potions. Then the
skin is unable to eliminate toxins, which is part of its normal
function. The waste that would normally be eliminated via that route
gets diverted to one of the other organs of elimination (lungs, bowels,
kidneys and liver). What this does is slow the whole system down. For
example if we go on a journey and there is a major crash on our chosen
route, we get diverted, and all our plans go to pot. We can be delayed,
sometimes for a long period of time. As you can imagine, with the skin
out of action or working under par, our elimination system is put under
a great deal of stress and very often the other organs begin to suffer
due to over work. The skin is very important to us, as the previous
example shows, there is one simple way of enabling it to function at
optimum level; that is to do skin brushing. It is simple and very
effective. Although it is extremely important that you perform it in the
right way, to optimize the benefits. When you choose your brush it must
be made of natural bristle, if you use a nylon one, it will only scratch
your skin and you will end up with skin irritation rather than
beautifully functioning smooth skin. It would be best, (if you can get
hold of one) to use a firm brush. The reason for this is as you get used
to brushing you will be able to use firmer and firmer strokes and the
benefit will become greater. If you choose a soft brush it won't last
you as long and you will be limited to the early benefits only, which
would be a shame. You start on dry skin, from the soles of your feet up
towards the heart, over the whole of your body, except on the abdominal
area where you brush in a clock wise direction. If you can do this for a
few minutes per day before your shower or bath, you will get fantastic
benefits. Not only will you have great skin, your lymph and immune
system will function more effectively.
Niacin* - can often cause allergic reaction, if you have any signs of
